John Wilkes Booth has stolen Lincoln's hat yet again (real original, Booth!) and this time it has sent the 16-bit President over the edge. Pixel Lincoln has gathered some of his most useful (but expensive) items in an attempt to defeat Booth once and for all. However, his nemesis has countered by calling upon some of the most powerful enemies in the pixelated universe. This level is NOT for the faint of heart!

Town Hall: Call to Order

I recently sent out a handful of emails and DM's to some industry folks, Pixel Lincoln backers, and Twitter friends asking if they might want to contribute to the Town Hall. Based on the quizzical nature of the responses, I realized that I should have better explained what the Town Hall actually is.

I've been fortunate enough to work with Jason on Re-Election, and in our brainstorming sessions while boxing up Storyteller Cards rewards we hit on a common view of the future of the meat-wielding President. Ideally, any expansion that gets added to the game increases the customizable nature of the PL experience.

• The base game already allows players to create levels with varying difficulties, fill it with their favorite characters, and any employ sort of theme they might like. 
• In addition, players can make their own Secret Item - House Rule card using the blank card that was included.
• Backers of both the Pixel Lincoln: The Deckbuilding Game and the Pixel Lincoln Bicycle Cards campaigns have purchased custom character cards, featuring a pixelated version of themselves (or in many cases, their cat).
• Now in Re-Election, we are allowing backers to create one item card that will be in the final version of the game.

We think there is real potential to foster a great pixel-meat-wielding community, so we assembled the Town Hall to collect all of the cool content that gets created.

The Luchadors are the fastest team in the league, and to compete the Whigs will need some quick hands and agile moves. Mr President is also a master strategist, and his breath weapons let him execute his gameplan to perfection.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Mary always goes all out for Thanksgiving, taking the turducken to another level with her famous sausage stuffing. Her cranberry sauce, however, is pretty abysmal. Even worse, several wild animals are attempting to stop this meat feast, and it appears that the housecat has joined them!
